We are in a very early stage of development and looking for a seasoned software engineer to join our founding team. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define, design, and implement the core product.

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions, bringing your technical expertise to the table.

• Take ownership of entire features from conception to deployment, and iterate based on user feedback.

• Set up and maintain the tech infrastructure, including cloud services, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Set up data storage solutions and ensure data integrity and security.

• Optimize system performance and scalability to support a growing user base.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong command of Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).

• Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications in production environments.

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Passion for building efficient and scalable systems from the ground up.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Experience in payment processing or integrating with payment gateways, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
